Working with each local community interest company, we want to help their local communities throughout England, Scotland and Wales to live longer healthier lives.

Supporting projects that tackle the early causes of ill health are high on the agenda of each of the Community Interest Companies and People’s Health Trust. We all wish to support activities locally which:

• improve the health and wellbeing of people;
• increase activity;
• improve the look and feel of local communities;
• improve transport within communities.
