Upcoming events for funded partners
Throughout the year, People’s Health Trust offers a programme of capacity building support based on what you, our funded partners, tell us you need help with. This provides opportunities to enhance skills through training and resources, and connects you with experts and peers, to help strengthen your organisations, deliver your projects, and reduce health inequalities.
We also hold network events to enable our partners to exchange skills and knowledge so they can effectively support local people in driving change. They also ensure that our funded partners’ are listened to by the Trust and policy-makers, so that their views and expertise shape decision-making.
Training and network sessions are open to whoever is best placed to attend for organisations funded by People’s Health Trust – for example staff, volunteers, trustees, directors and management committee members. There is no charge to attend. Please circulate events within your organisation, so that anyone working on your project can access the opportunity.
If you have any questions about the training or our network events please contact us.
Network events
In August, following the far right violence, we held a drop in network session for funded partners to discuss, to listen and to feel supported in a safe space. See resources here.
We also held two events as part of our partnership with NPC's Everyone's Environment programme, to discuss how the climate crisis and health inequalities are affecting communities where you are and how we can take action this together.
Further network events from September onwards will be posted here soon.
