What we fund
We invest in people with great ideas to create fairer places to grow, live, work and age. We believe in funding ideas which are small and local and are genuinely designed and led by local people.
Who we fund
We fund projects led by and for people most affected by health inequalities living in neighbourhoods experiencing the highest levels of disadvantage. This can be groups of people living very close to each other, or groups of people who have a shared identity or experience.
Where we fund
We fund projects across England, Scotland and Wales. Our funding is focused on the areas that need it most.

How to apply
