Men's Health

Men from disadvantaged communities are dying up to 11 years earlier than men in wealthy places, and spending up to 20 years more of their lives in poor health, because of stark inequalities that exist across the country. We are bringing together government, trusts and foundations, businesses and individuals to drive this vital work and maximise its impact.

Active Communities

Active Communities funds community groups, not-for-profit organisations and local people who want to create fairer places to grow, live, work and age. Through this programme the Trust has awarded more than 2,000 grants across Great Britain.

Local Conversations

For over 10 years, Local Conversations was a flexible funding model which engaged with local communities over the longer term, so that they could determine how and when funding was best spent within their local area to make it an even better place to grow, live, work and age.
