Campaigning to Make Health Equal
We partner with national and local partners and directly with communities across Great Britain to tackle health inequalities. Combining evidence and lived experience, we influence decision-makers at all levels to create lasting change – so everyone has a fair chance to live a long, healthy life.
A fair chance for everyone
Health is about more than healthcare. Our campaigns and influencing shine a light on the wider determinants of health – the social, economic and environmental factors that shape people’s lives – from housing to employment.
We ensure the voices of those most affected by health inequality are not only heard but acted upon.

People’s Health Trust has served as an invaluable partner to Health Equals, the UK’s campaign for improving health opportunities. Thanks to the Trust’s insights, expertise and community connections to people at the sharp end of health inequality, the campaign has been able to illustrate how millions of people are being denied a fair chance at good health, and what we can do to change that.
