Pushpa Dougall: Head of Brand, Marketing and Communications

Pushpa is responsible for shaping and elevating the Trust’s profile, helping to build national awareness of our work with communities to help people live longer, healthier lives.
She brings extensive experience in developing and delivering audience-focused marketing communications, brand strategy and campaigns across the charity sector. She has held roles at organisations including the Charity for Civil Servants, Teenage Cancer Trust, Alzheimer’s Society, The Children’s Society, NSPCC, the Sheila McKechnie Foundation and the Commission for Racial Equality, among others. Committed to equity and social justice throughout her career, Pushpa has also worked within grassroots community projects focused on tackling domestic abuse and racism. Her long-standing dedication to inclusive and community-driven change underpins her approach to communications and brand leadership at the Trust.
